parcelLab publishes an annual benchmarking study analysing the post-purchase experience across hundreds of online retailers in Germany, the UK, and the US. The 2023 edition — the Versandhandelsstudie — examined how Germany's top 100 e-commerce brands handle everything from shipping and delivery notifications to returns and customer service.
I led the complete design of the publication — 52 pages, 33 custom charts, and a full visual system that turned complex research data into something clear, compelling, and immediately usable by parcelLab's sales team. The work extended beyond the printed study into digital landing pages, social media assets, and printed collateral.
